Every Renegade 4x4 is equipped with the available, Class-Exclusive Selec-Terrain® dial. The system allows the driver to tune traction settings according to road conditions. The Auto, Snow, Sand and Mud settings are specifically tailored to ensure optimum traction and fuel-efficient operation. The Trailhawk® model gets an additional Rock setting for serious off-road maneuvers.
Best-in-Class 4x4 Capability
The Jeep® Renegade is the most capable small SUV ever. Jeep Active Drive is available on Sport, Latitude and Limited models and Jeep Active Drive Low is exclusive to Trailhawk® models. Both systems feature a rear axle disconnect system that seamlessly switches between two and four-wheel drive to help increase efficiency when 4x4 capability isn’t needed.

Pull into and out of parking spots easily with the available ParkView® Rear Back Up Camera and Rear Cross Path Detection. The ParkView system provides a wide-angle view of the area behind the Renegade with dynamic grid lines overlaid on the Uconnect® touchscreen to help with alignment. Rear Cross Path Detection warns the driver of traffic moving behind the Renegade whenever the vehicle is shifted into reverse.
Get into a tight spot
The available Rear Park Assist System uses sonar to detect stationary objects behind the vehicle. Audio and visual signals alert the driver when obstacles are close, allowing the driver to adjust his or her parking procedure.
