Two smart engines
Highlander's 4-cylinder engine squeezes the most performance out of every mile and every gallon. It surprises with 185 horsepower and 184 lb.-ft. of torque, yet still manages an EPA-estimated 20 mpg city and 25 mpg highway. The available V6 engine generates 270 horsepower and 248 lb.-ft. of torque, offering up to an EPA-estimated 19 mpg city and 25 mpg highway for FWD models.
