Route Planner App
You can use the Route Planner App on your smartphone or the Route Planner website to set up advanced trips, which are then sent to the navigation system and ready to go the next time you enter your vehicle. All the routes are automatically synchronized across the InControl Touch Pro vehicle navigation system, the Route Planner App and the Route Planner website.
Complete Command
The 8-speed transmission in the XJ is controlled by the beautifully designed JaguarDrive Selector™, which rises into your hand once the Start/Stop button is pressed. Simply rotate the selector to move from Park to Reverse or Drive. JaguarDrive Control™ offers specific settings for the drivetrain: Dynamic Mode, which modifies transmission shift points while illuminating the Virtual Instruments in red, or Rain/Ice/Snow Mode, providing more progressive throttle control for slippery conditions.
Total Control
Adaptive Dynamics analyzes vehicle speed, steering and body movements of the XJ up to 500 times a second, and then continuously modifies suspension damping rates for increased stability and comfort whether cornering, negotiating potholes or accelerating on the highway.

The Intelligent High Beam system recognizes light from other vehicles, automatically switching the full LED headlights between low and high beams as needed. Additionally, Adaptive Front Lighting works in conjunction with the steering to increase illumination on bends, making night driving less stressful.
