Shadow Line Trim
At the rear of the Maserati GranTurismo Sport, a number of details make the car instantly recognizable. Immediately apparent are the taillights, with a special burnished finish that accentuates the effect of the 96 LEDs that provide illumination. Below, the oval exhaust tips of the tailpipes are black, complementing the standard Shadow Line trim. The Chrome Line option, with its wealth of elegant chrome-plated finishes, is available on request.
Airflow
The Maserati GranTurismo Sport features pronounced sideskirts, standard in body color and available in black on request. These aerodynamic features emphasize the exceptionally dynamic lines while also playing an important role in airflow management which is the outcome of a specific wind-tunnel design project, where they have the crucial task of conveying the flow of air to the rear wheels in the most efficient manner possible: an example of form serving function.
An Aggressive And Aerodynamic Front End
The front end of the Maserati GranTurismo Sport is an attention-grabber. On either side of the distinctive Maserati oval radiator grille are two large, innovative air intakes that not only improve airflow and the cooling of the front brakes, but also act as a stylistic junction between the central grille and the new headlight assemblies. There is also a new aerodynamic splitter in the center, below the grille.
